Mr Blanc Teeth ‘Bamboo Charcoal’ whitening toothpaste

For the past month or so, I’ve been using the Mr Blanc Teeth ‘Bamboo Charcoal tooth paste twice a day, in attempt to get my teeth looking a little whiter. I find that the toothpaste I have used for years makes my mouth feel clean, but doesn’t necessarily make it look cleaner and therefore I was up for a change.

The charcoal toothpaste claims to remove stains in order to present a brighter and whiter look, while also preventing tartar build up in order to keep your teeth looking whiter for longer and freshen your breath. The Mr Blanc Teeth ‘Bamboo Charcoal’ toothpaste should be used twice a day however you also need to use a regular toothpaste once a day for a daily cleaning.

Before trying it out, I expected this toothpaste to taste disgusting and chalky which very nearly put me off using it, however it actually has a slightly minty taste (a lot subtler than your regular toothpaste but still minty). It definitely isn’t one of those products that you force yourself to use, despite hating it, just to see a good outcome.

After almost finishing up my tube of the toothpaste, I’ve found that my teeth do look whiter and my mouth certainly feels fresher for longer, if I leave the paste on my teeth for at least a minute before brushing.

In my opinion, this toothpaste would be great if you really have the time in the morning to spend getting ready. If you usually find you’re rushed off your feet in the morning this probably wouldn’t be worth it as it’s unlikely you’d be able to use it to its full potential. That being said, I am enjoying using the product but couldn’t guarantee repurchasing it as I haven’t noticed that much of a change when considering the price paid.
